March 30, 2012. Earlier in the day we went to the mosque, where the nikah took place. The wedding agreement signed, everyone went home and prepared for the mehndi, which took place at an event hall in Houston and included lots of spirited dancing, particularly from the groom's brothers and friends and the bride's uncles.
