June 16, 2014. The first World Cup game for the US took place against Ghana, and there was a massive viewing party in Grant Park. These fans are on their way there, and I'm on my way past the park to meet Shereen on the bike trail. We watched the game at her house, but I'm sure it was a blast in the park with the US winning 2-1.
